What does 14 days nazorg include?
Nazorg is aftercare. For two weeks after Pilot handover we stay close: fixes, small adjustments, and questions as the agent meets real traffic. It is not an open-ended retainer — that is what the monthly package is for.
What does the €5.000/mo retainer include?
A flat, predictable monthly retainer: unlimited agents and usage, no seat fees and no usage metering. Custom-built around your tools, data, and process; fully managed infra, reliability, and tuning. Is usage or the number of agents metered?
No. The retainer is flat at €5.000 per month. Add agents and run them as hard as you need — the price stays the same. No per-seat fees, no usage metering, no surprise invoices.
What does “live in 48 hours” mean?
On the retainer, we go from kickoff to a working agent in two days, then iterate with you. The Pilot is a deeper single-workflow build over 5–10 days when you want a smaller first step.
Can this run on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Retainer setup is included, and on-prem install is available when data residency or internal policy requires it. We decide that in the first conversation, not after a contract is signed.
Which models and tools do you use?
Whatever the workflow needs. At a high level the stack includes Hermes (agent harness), Orgo, Composio, and current frontier models — matched to the job. We do not lock you to a single vendor on the page, and we will not pretend a generic chatbot is an agent.
Do you publish case studies or logos?
No. This site does not invent traction. If the Pilot or retainer is the right first step, a short call is enough to see whether we should work together.
